I returned back to the golf club yesterday, the ground conditions are still very wet, however the short term forecast is for drier cooler weather. We can hopefully concentrate on getting some areas tidied up, especially where areas of leaves have started yellowing off the grass. Drainage will also be continued on the 15th on the 7th January where a drain will be put into the 15th green and fairway drainage installed. We will try and get some grass cut, the greens, tees and surrounds can be cut with smaller machines that will not cause damage to the turf. Yesterday Rich started cutting the greens, here he is on the 18th.
